About this title
Synopsis
Saint Bride's is forty minutes from the valley floor, and on Sunday mornings the road carries almost nobody. Nora Bellweather has made the drive every week for two years. Wendell Osoy has made it for three. They started nodding at the gravel turnout. Then they started waiting there. Now they leave ten minutes early on purpose, and both grandmothers have noticed and neither has said so. Wendell has an offer in Colorado and a start date in April. Nora has a grandmother who has stopped recognizing most rooms and still knows this one.
Who this is about
Nora Bellweather drives her grandmother forty minutes to church every Sunday because nobody else will, and has done it for two years.
What goes wrong
The man who drives his own mother the same road is taking a job three states away and wants Nora with him, and her grandmother will not get into a car with anyone else.
What's at stake
Going means her grandmother stops attending the only place she still speaks in. Staying means watching him leave and knowing she chose it.
Why it keeps going
They have the drive there and the drive back, once a week, and neither of them will say anything real with the grandmothers in the car.
Takeaway
Some love is measured in the miles you keep driving for somebody who cannot drive.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
