Indications of Interest
Last updated: August 22, 2026
The two lower rungs are not covered by this page. Backing a title at the Pitch or Trailer rung is rewards-based. It is not a security and it buys no financial interest. Your card is charged on those rungs, when the campaign is collected, and a larger pledge buys a larger reward rather than a larger return.
This page governs the two rungs that are regulated offerings: the Short Run, and a Series Round above the ladder. Both are conducted by the creator's own company through an SEC-registered funding portal, and neither is open on ArchMarket today. Everything below concerns telling us you would be interested in one of those, before anything is filed.
NO MONEY OR OTHER CONSIDERATION IS BEING SOLICITED, AND IF SENT IN RESPONSE, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO OFFER TO BUY THE SECURITIES CAN BE ACCEPTED AND NO PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE CAN BE RECEIVED UNTIL THE OFFERING STATEMENT IS FILED AND ONLY THROUGH AN INTERMEDIARY'S PLATFORM. A PERSON'S INDICATION OF INTEREST INVOLVES NO OBLIGATION OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND.
Required statements pursuant to 17 C.F.R. §227.206(b), Regulation Crowdfunding.
Who Would Be Raising, and It Is Not Us
ArchMadison, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“ArchMadison,” “we,” or “us”), operates the ArchMarket platform. ArchMadison is not the issuer of any security and does not intend to become one.
When a Series Round opens, the issuer is the creator's own single-member limited liability company, formed to hold that one title. That company raises from its own audience under Regulation Crowdfunding, through a funding portal registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA. ArchMadison is the platform where the title lives and is shown. It takes no share of what is raised and holds no position in that title's investor waterfall.
What an Indication of Interest Is
Telling us you are interested is a non-binding, non-contractual statement that you might want to invest if an offering opens. It is used only to gauge demand before anything is filed. You are not investing, not committing to invest, and not entering into any contract or agreement of any kind.
You may withdraw at any time, for any reason, up to the moment you actually complete an investment on a funding portal, which is a separate step on a separate site.
No Money Changes Hands
No funds, payments, or consideration of any kind are accepted in connection with an indication of interest. Your credit card, bank account, or payment method will not be charged. You are not transferring money or property to ArchMadison or to any creator.
If any person or entity purports to accept payment for a Series Round through ArchMarket, that is unauthorized. Report it immediately to legal@archmarket.io.
Forward-Looking Statements
A title on this platform describes a creative project that has not been fully financed or produced. Descriptions of planned episodes, revenue potential, production timelines and returns are forward-looking statements subject to significant risks and uncertainties.
Actual results may differ materially. Past success of any creator, series or related project is not indicative of future results.
Regulatory Status
No offering statement has been filed with the SEC for any title on this platform, and no securities are currently being offered or sold here. Communications about a contemplated offering are deemed offers of a security for the purposes of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws, which is why this page exists.
When an offering opens, it will be conducted through an intermediary registered with the SEC as a funding portal or broker-dealer and a member of FINRA, and investment will happen on that intermediary's platform rather than on ArchMarket. Investors will receive the issuer's filed offering materials before making any decision.
ArchMarket is not registered as a broker-dealer or funding portal with the SEC or FINRA and does not accept investments.
Risk
Investing in early-stage entertainment ventures involves substantial risk. You could lose everything you put in. These are illiquid interests with no guaranteed market, and a capped share of a title's revenue is not a guarantee: a title that earns nothing pays nothing.
Before investing in any offering, consult your own financial, legal and tax advisors and read the issuer's filed offering materials carefully.
