About this title
Synopsis
Owen Bright bought the sectional because Priya is moving in on Saturday and he wanted her to walk into a finished apartment. He told five friends it would take two hours. He believed that when he said it. It is twenty to ten in the morning. The couch is wedged in the turn between the second and third floors, at an angle nobody can reverse, with three men above it and three below. None of them can get out past it, and none of them is going anywhere for a while. Owen has never finished anything he started, all five of them know that, and the truck comes at four.
Who this is about
Owen Bright bought a sectional sofa for the apartment his fiancee moves into on Saturday, and told five friends it was a two-hour job, and meant it.
What goes wrong
Nobody measured the stairwell. The couch reaches the second-floor turn at twenty to ten in the morning and stops there, wedged, with six men on either side of it.
What's at stake
Owen has never once finished a thing he started, and every man on that staircase knows it, and the moving truck arrives at four in the afternoon.
Why it keeps going
The couch moves four inches an episode. Nobody can leave, nobody can quit, and a stairwell turns out to be a very hard place to keep a secret.
Takeaway
Men will say things on a staircase that they would never say in a room.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
