by Cold Harbor Pictures · Launched Jul 4, 2026
Past the 50-backer floor for a Pitch
Back this at one of three levels. Nothing is charged now. Pledges are only collected if the campaign reaches $1,200, which is 60% of its ask, and 50 backers, and you can change or withdraw yours until then.
You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
Nothing happens at Cold Harbor. That is the entire character of the place: six people, one antenna, and a watch rotation built around the understanding that the traffic here has never mattered and is not going to start. Ensign Alice Mayberry has the graveyard. At six minutes past three a transmission arrives, and it is in a cipher she is not cleared to read. The officer who is cleared is four hours away at his father's funeral. The book says wait. The book was written for a night on which nothing was happening.
Who this is about
Ensign Alice Mayberry runs the graveyard watch at a listening post that has never once produced anything of consequence.
What goes wrong
A transmission arrives in a cipher above her clearance, and the officer who holds that clearance is four hours away and not answering.
What's at stake
If she opens it and it is nothing, she is finished. If she leaves it and it is something, somebody else is.
Why it keeps going
Each episode the traffic gets heavier and the chain of command gets slower.
Takeaway
The rules are written for the ordinary night. Somebody always has to be there on the other kind.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $1,200, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
