Coin Terms
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms cover coins in the ArchTV app and on ArchMarket. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
What Coins Are
Coins are a virtual currency used inside ArchTV to unlock episodes and other content. You buy them in the app through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and you can also earn them, for example by watching an episode to the end.
Coins are a license to use content in ArchTV. They are not money and not a deposit.
Coins Do Not Expire
Coins you buy never expire. Coins you earn do not expire either. If we ever decide that earned coins should expire, we will tell you in advance, and the change will never apply to coins you bought.
No Cash Value
Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another account, and they can only be used within ArchTV and ArchMarket.
Using Coins to Support a Title
Where ArchTV offers it, you may use coins to support a title, for example a story idea on the Poster shelf. Coins used this way are spent. They are not an investment, and they buy no share or return in the title.
Refunds
ArchTV does not refund coins. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own rules:
If a store refunds a purchase, the coins from that purchase are removed from your balance.
If You Delete Your Account
Coins in an account are lost when the account is deleted. They cannot be moved or paid out first.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms. We will give notice in the app or by email before a change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
