About this title
Synopsis
Ray Tolliver was twenty minutes late to their father's funeral. His brother made him best man anyway, and did not explain why, and Ray has understood it since as the last offer he is going to get. At eleven in the morning, four hours out, the rings are not in his jacket. They are not in the car. The last place he is sure he had them is a hotel room he checked out of at nine. He could walk into the groom's room right now and say it, and be forgiven, again. The other option involves five groomsmen, a service corridor, and nobody in that building finding out.
Who this is about
Ray Tolliver has been late to everything in his brother's life, including their father's funeral, and was made best man anyway, which he understood as a last offer.
What goes wrong
Four hours before the ceremony the rings are not in his pocket, and the last place he is certain he had them is a hotel he has already checked out of.
What's at stake
He can tell his brother now and be forgiven and be, permanently, the man who has to be forgiven. Or he can find them in four hours.
Why it keeps going
Every hour costs him one more groomsman brought into the secret, and every man he tells is one more person who will know exactly what Ray is.
Takeaway
A man forgiven often enough stops being trusted, and then stops being asked.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
