About this title
Synopsis
Nan Petrosky put KRLW back on the air with her own money, five thousand watts out of a shed in Sherman County, because a town with no station has no way to be told anything. Nobody listens. Then four people call the request line in one week to ask about the singing, and all four describe the same voices, and all four heard them between stations at the same hour. The choir is inviting them, one at a time, politely. Nan can pull the transmitter tonight and stop it reaching anyone new. She would also lose the only line she has to the four it already found.
Who this is about
Nan Petrosky spent her savings putting a dead five thousand watt AM station back on the air, so that Sherman County would have some way of being told things.
What goes wrong
Four listeners call the request line in a single week about singing they hear between the stations. The signal she restored is what carries it, and the choir is recruiting.
What's at stake
Killing the transmitter protects everyone who has not heard it yet and abandons the four who have. Staying on the air keeps her reachable and keeps the choir broadcasting.
Why it keeps going
Every night on air is another call from someone lonely enough to consider the offer, and Nan has to be better company than a choir that never stops singing.
Takeaway
Loneliness will accept almost any invitation, which is why the wrong things always broadcast at night.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
