Synopsis
The aircraft holds six. This is not a matter of opinion or of loading; it is six, and the flight out is at the edge of its range with six. The list was made two weeks ago in a building four thousand miles from here, by people who did the work carefully and well and have never met a single one of the names on it. At eleven at night nine people are at the fence. Master Sergeant Ana Vukovic has five hours and a piece of paper.
