You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
The Halverston branch does four hundred transactions a week and loses money on every one of them. Wanda Cheval has kept it open for nine years by being useful to people who have no other option. The bags from the equipment yard started in February. Nine thousand two hundred. Nine thousand four hundred. Nine thousand one hundred and fifty. Never once ten. Wanda knows exactly what the pattern is called. She also knows who signs the letter that closes her branch, and it is the same handwriting on the deposit slips.
Who this is about
Wanda Cheval manages the last bank branch in a county of nine thousand people and knows every business that drops a bag through the night slot.
What goes wrong
The deposits from one address keep arriving in amounts just below the reporting threshold, and the man carrying them sits on the board that decides whether her branch survives.
What's at stake
Filing the report closes the branch and takes the county's last bank with it. Not filing makes her the one who structured it.
Why it keeps going
Another bag comes through the slot every Friday, and the compliance window on the first one runs from a date that has already passed.
Takeaway
The choice was made the first Friday she decided to think about it instead.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
