You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
Bev Ostrander has counted the same forty-one aisles for eleven years and has never been off by more than a case. In April she is off by a pallet. In May she is off by four. The sheets in the file drawer say otherwise. They are in her handwriting and they are not her numbers, which means somebody with a key has been sitting at her desk after ten at night. She starts counting twice, quietly, on paper she takes home. The corrections keep coming, and the audit is in nine weeks.
Who this is about
Bev Ostrander runs inventory at a regional grocery warehouse and has the cleanest count sheets in the company.
What goes wrong
A pallet a week disappears on third shift, and the numbers only balance because somebody has been correcting her sheets after she signs them.
What's at stake
Reporting it names the four men on third shift, one of whom is her sister's husband. Saying nothing makes the corrected sheets hers.
Why it keeps going
She has to prove the theft without ever being seen counting, and every week she waits puts her signature under one more falsified number.
Takeaway
By the time you can prove it, you have already been part of it for a month.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
