50 more to reach the 50-backer floor

You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
Petra Lindqvist has six weeks, a spreadsheet, and a plan to sell her parents' supper club to the first person who offers. The staff have other ideas. Ruth has run the kitchen since 1994. Dev has been a busboy for nine years and considers this temporary. Between them they decide Petra has come home to save the place. Reservations go up. The Thursday prime rib comes back. Every week the thing she came to kill gets a little healthier, and every week she does not correct anybody, which she is aware is a decision.
Who this is about
Petra Lindqvist comes home to close her parents' failing supper club in six weeks, and wants it done cleanly, quietly, and without one conversation about the past.
What goes wrong
The staff, all of whom have worked there longer than she has been alive, read her arrival as a turnaround and begin executing a plan she never approved.
What's at stake
Playing along puts her on the hook for a business she came to bury. Telling the truth means firing seven people who taught her to drive.
Why it keeps going
Every week the plan works slightly better than it should, which makes the closing conversation slightly harder and the books slightly more confusing.
Takeaway
The hardest thing to shut down is a thing that is stubbornly refusing to fail.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
