Past the 50-backer floor for a Pitch
Back this at one of three levels. Nothing is charged now. Pledges are only collected if the campaign reaches $900, which is 60% of its ask, and 50 backers, and you can change or withdraw yours until then.
You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
It came through in 1974 and stayed eleven weeks. By the end of it Ruth Pyle's mother had signed over the farm, the truck and a life insurance policy, and the tent had gone south with all three. The town ran them out. It ran them out again in 1991, more quietly. On the ninth of June the tent goes up in the same field, with the same name on the canvas, and by the third night Ruth's daughter has been twice and would like to explain why Ruth has it wrong.
Who this is about
Ruth Pyle's mother lost everything to the revival that came through in 1974, and Ruth has spent her adult life in the same town not discussing it.
What goes wrong
The tent is back, with the same name painted on it, and Ruth's own daughter has started attending.
What's at stake
Nobody under fifty remembers, and everybody over fifty has quietly agreed not to.
Why it keeps going
Each episode one more person Ruth trusted turns up inside the tent.
Takeaway
A town forgets on exactly the schedule required for it to happen again.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $900, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
