About this title
Synopsis
Eleven seasons in Lot C. Same four men, same spot, same folding table, and not one of them has ever gone inside. Denny Kozel will tell you that is not a failure to attend. That is a decision. They have buried a father from that lot, and a marriage, and one man's whole career, and none of it was ever discussed directly, because Sunday is not for discussing things. In August the team announces it is moving two thousand miles at the end of the year. Eight home games left. After that, four men who have never needed a reason will need one.
Who this is about
Denny Kozel has tailgated Lot C for eleven seasons with the same three men and has never once walked through the turnstile, which he considers the whole point.
What goes wrong
In August the franchise announces it is leaving for a city two thousand miles away at the end of the season, which gives Lot C eight home games left.
What's at stake
Without Sunday these four men have no reason to see each other, and every one of them knows it and none of them is going to say it.
Why it keeps going
Eight games, eight Sundays, and each one costs somebody something they had been putting off: a diagnosis, a daughter's wedding date, a job in Tulsa.
Takeaway
Men will build a friendship on a pretext and then defend the pretext to the end.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
