50 more to reach the 50-backer floor
Back this at one of three levels. Nothing is charged now. Pledges are only collected if the campaign reaches $300, which is 60% of its ask, and 50 backers, and you can change or withdraw yours until then.
You are backing a stage for perks, coins and early access. You are not buying a share of the title or any financial interest in it.
A pledge is a promise to back a campaign, not a payment and not a purchase of any financial interest. Nothing is charged unless the campaign is collected, and every campaign is approved before it opens. Full disclaimer
About this title
Synopsis
Deb's father spent every Saturday of her childhood in the barn with the boat, and every Sunday explaining what he had learned that would need to be undone the following week. He died in February. He left her the house, which she sold, and the barn, which she did not, and the boat, which has never been in water and does not fit through the barn door. The barn goes to auction in eight weeks. Deb has driven out twice now with a tape measure, and come home both times without having measured anything.
Who this is about
Deb inherits her father's thirty-year boatbuilding project, a hull in a barn he worked on every Saturday of her childhood and never finished.
What goes wrong
The barn goes to auction in eight weeks, and the boat does not fit through the barn door.
What's at stake
Everything her father never said to her is somewhere in that hull, and she has eight weeks to find out where.
Why it keeps going
Each episode she discovers one more thing he did wrong on purpose, which was the only reliable way to keep it unfinished.
Takeaway
Some men build a thing for thirty years precisely so they never have to learn whether it floats.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
