About this title
Synopsis
Tam Rourke takes men alive. It is harder, it pays the same, and it is the only line she has drawn in eleven years of the work that she has never once crossed. The man in her irons is worth six hundred dollars at the court in Pioche, and there is exactly one road to Pioche. It runs eleven miles through Cannon Pass, in red rock, with no water in it. His brothers are waiting in it. So is the family he robbed. So is a man Tam Rourke has owed since before she took up the work, who has been patient, and who can see the whole road.
Who this is about
Tam Rourke hunts men for the court at Pioche and brings them back alive, which is rarer than it sounds and has cost her most of the friends she started with.
What goes wrong
The only road to the court runs through Cannon Pass, and three separate parties are waiting in it: the prisoner's brothers, the family he stole from, and a man Tam owes.
What's at stake
The prisoner is worth six hundred dollars alive and nothing dead. Tam's own debt in the canyon is older than his, and the people holding it have waited longer.
Why it keeps going
Eleven miles of pass, no water, no cover, and a prisoner who is very good at telling each party exactly what it wants to hear about her.
Takeaway
A debt does not expire. It only waits for a place with no other road through.

Where your money goes
Your money goes straight to the creator to turn this pitch into a trailer. A pitch today is a poster and a logline. What the money buys is the first piece of film anyone will see.
Nothing is collected until two things are true
This campaign has to raise $300, which is 60% of its ask, and reach 50 backers. Whichever of the two happens later is the one that counts. Money without backers is one person, and backers without money is a crowd that cannot fund the thing, so a Pitch campaign needs both.
